Built from lived experienceAt 26, Kevin donated a kidney to his brother, who had been diagnosed with late-stage kidney failure.
Their clinical care was excellent. What they didn't have was access to someone who had been there before and understood the fear, the uncertainty, and the personal questions that no clinical appointment could fully address. Peer support wouldn't have replaced their care. It would have complemented it.
That experience became the foundation for Supportal. After building technology in healthcare and pharma, Kevin founded Supportal to help healthcare organisations make trusted human connection part of care, through peer support that is safe, structured, and scalable.
